Shipping Policy
At XORings, we work with trusted global carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS, and SF Express. These partners coordinate with local couriers to ensure reliable delivery straight to your door. All orders are charged at checkout and may require verification before shipping.
Order Processing
Orders typically take 2–5 business days to prepare before being handed off to the carrier. During peak seasons or when items are in high demand, processing may take longer. Once an order enters the shipping queue, we’re unable to make changes, including address updates. We ship Monday through Friday and do not ship on weekends or holidays.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages depending on the manufacturing partner.
Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number. You’ll receive it via email once your package is transferred to the carrier’s facility. Some carriers may take a few days to update tracking information. If you haven’t seen any updates after 5 business days, feel free to reach out to us.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery time varies by region. While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, typical estimates are:

These estimates do not include the 2–5 day processing period.
External factors such as customs delays, weather, holidays, or local disruptions may extend delivery times.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees once they arrive in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is refused and returned, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping and import fees.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We rely on the carrier’s timestamp and delivery confirmation when reviewing these cases.
Incorrect Address
Please double‑check your shipping address before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee changes, and we cannot retrieve packages already processed for shipping.
